ESO Spring 2026 - Spring 2026

It’s time… Registration for ESO Spring 2026 is NOW OPEN!

Spring is when softball shines — full of energy, friends, and fun! Players take the field for Saturday games, and weekday night games too after daylight savings! The Spring Season runs from Monday, Jan 19, 2026 through Saturday, April 25, 2026. Practices may start the week of January 19 with a goal of two per week until weekday games begin. Opening Day is Saturday, Feb 14, 2026 — a fun-filled kickoff for players and families alike! Games are played on Saturdays, with an extra weekday game added for 8U and older once the time change hits - all culminating in a round of playoffs and a championship.

Planning to coach or manage? Register yourself as a 'volunteer' along with your player enrollment! USA Softball will require a background check and SafeSport protocol. Having financial hardship? Flexible payment plans and player sponsorships are available for families in need (subject to league approval). 2025 Winter Select Interest List - Winter 2025

2025 ESO Winter Select Interest List (Players/Managers/Coaches)

ESO is pleased to announce the start of its Winter 2025 Select Program!  The Winter Select Program is an opportunity for players to receive more advanced instruction and competition.  To be eligible for the Winter Select Program a player must be enrolled in the Fall Recreational Season. Enrollment in Fall Select is NOT a requirement for enrolling in Winter Select. Select events are in addition to the regular Fall Rec Program.  Select team play is sometimes limited to one day a week and can't conflict with regular games or practices.

Winter Select will initially begin playing full-weekend tournaments near the middle of November and will wrap up with our own Winter Slammer here at ESO.

Please note, if you are on the Player interest list you are not guaranteed a spot on an ESO Select team, nor are you making a commitment to play on the team.

Additionally, please note, if you are on the Manager/Coach interest list you are not guaranteed a staff spot on an ESO Select team, nor are you making a commitment to manage or coach the team.

ESO Winter Slammer 2025 - Winter 2025

December 13th & 14th, 2025

Cost: $650 per team ($600 for 6U); Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U. Enrollment Opens September 1st, 2025.

Other Details: 3-Game Guarantee, Open to all recreation/select teams. No travel ball teams. USA Softball umpires.  Rings for 1st/2nd place in each division.
