Volunteer

ESO is run by parents and relatives that are dedicated to providing our players with a fun, challenging and educational softball experience.

Thanks to volunteers like you, our league has grown into one of the premier girls' fastpitch softball programs in southern California.

Volunteer Sign Up

For the protection and safety of our players, manager, coaches, team parents (basically anyone that has contact with the players throughout the season) must register as a volunteer. Snack bar volunteers do not need to register on the website as a volunteer but do need to sign up using the link above.

The registration process is simple:

1. Register through our online registration system. This is the same system you used when you registered your daughter for the league. You can use the same username and password. If you do not already have an account, you can create a new one.

2. Fill out the ASA Notice of Background Check and Consent Form and e-mail it (along with a copy of your Driver's License) to registrar@esogirlsoftball.com.

Volunteer Credits/Refunds

Currently, volunteer hours can only be done serving in the league Snack Barn during the fall or spring seasons. To get a volunteer credit or refund, volunteers must complete 4 hours of service during each season.
